1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StoreShip ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Service Description
StoreShip provides a web-to-mobile app conversion and deployment platform, including:
- Converting web applications into native mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- WebView-based app wrapping using Capacitor technology
- Code signing certificate management
- App Store and Google Play submission and deployment
- Push notification integration
- In-App Purchase support
- Custom branding (icons, splash screens, app name)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Usage Limits
4.1 Plan Limits
- Starter Plan: 1 mobile app project, 3 builds per month
- Pro Plan: 3 mobile app projects, 5 builds per month
- Business Plan: 10 mobile app projects, 15 builds per month
4.2 Fair Use Policy
- No automated or bot usage without prior approval
- No attempts to reverse-engineer or extract service internals
- Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws
- Builds must not be used to distribute malware or prohibited content
5. Web Application Requirements
5.1 Source Web Application
- You must provide a valid, publicly accessible web application URL
- The web application must be owned or licensed by you
- The web application must be compatible with mobile WebView rendering
- You are responsible for the content and functionality of your web application
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- All content within your web application
- Ensuring compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respecting intellectual property rights
- Maintaining appropriate content for your target audience
The Service acts solely as a build and deployment tool provider and bears no responsibility for user web application content.
6. App Store Compliance
6.1 User Obligations
- You must comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines
- You must comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies
- App store rejections due to content policy violations are your responsibility
- You must maintain valid developer accounts with Apple and/or Google
6.2 Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee app store approval
- Review times and outcomes are determined by Apple and Google
- We assist with technical compliance but content compliance is your responsibility
7. Content Ownership and Licensing
7.1 Your Content
- You retain all rights to your web application and its content
- You retain all rights to your app branding assets (icons, splash screens)
- Built mobile applications are yours to distribute
- You grant us a limited license to process your content for building purposes
7.2 Service Content
- All Service features, functionality, and technology are owned by us
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
8. Payment and Billing
8.1 Subscription Plans
- Payments are processed monthly via our payment provider
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
8.2 Refunds
- Refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the service operator
- Refund processing is handled through our payment provider
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Build processing times may vary based on system load
9.2 Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- Major changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Feedback
- Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation
- You grant us full rights to use and implement suggestions
12. Liability Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any user web application content or its consequences
- Any app store rejections or review delays
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenues, or data
- Any issues arising from third-party services (Apple, Google, etc.)
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your web application content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
14.2 Termination by Us
- We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
- We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
